The Spark Behind the Art

Sierra Fletcher’s creative path began in childhood, where she spent her days with a sketchbook in hand, capturing everything that sparked her imagination. Over time, that initial passion evolved into a multifaceted career spanning painting, book illustration, and graphic design. As a shy preteen, she discovered the world of performing arts through an after-school program, finding a sense of belonging that turned a confidence-building exercise into a lifelong devotion to dance.​

 

Sierra earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance from Oral Roberts University and has since built a diverse professional background, performing with a local modern dance company, choreographing for various stages, and teaching dance to students of all ages. Combined with her experience in visual arts and education, these milestones have deeply informed her approach to mentoring the next generation of artists.

 

​Having been transformed by the encouragement of her own mentors, Sierra was inspired to establish Bright Spark Creative Arts—a nurturing environment where children are empowered to explore their creativity and discover their unique potential. Her mission is to ignite the internal spark within every young dreamer and mover. She looks forward to welcoming your child into this vibrant space to grow, create, and shine.
